Your BrainPerformance+ starter package
During the first appointment, you will receive your personal introductory package from us. In it you will find your Neurofeedback Training Journal, our book Mental Fitness and Health and other goodies. This will give you a deeper insight into the topic and you can integrate the training with tips and exercises into your everyday life.



Discussion BrainMaps and training planning
In the next appointment, you and Philipp will look at the analysis of your BrainMaps in detail. Here, you will be shown the structure and functions of the brain areas that are relevant to you. This will give us an overview of how your brain works, which state dominates and how we can best approach your training. This is how your individual training plan is created.
Neurofeedback BrainPerformance+ training
Now your regular training can begin! A central element is the data-based feedback of your brain activity with the help of a live EEG. This highly efficient training of your self-regulation is called neurofeedback. We use the latest medical equipment, self-developed software and specialized training programs. Each session takes place in 1-on-1 supervision by a brainboost expert.


Assessment Interview with BrainMapping
Your BrainPerformance+ training starts with a detailed discussion with our doctor Philipp. He draws on his many years of experience in the medical field and discusses your strengths and weaknesses with you. Your brain is then measured using quantitative EEG (qEEG). Our algorithm uses this data to create your BrainMaps, a kind of fingerprint of a brain. Finally, you and Philipp work out the goals for your personalized BrainPerformance+ training.

What is BrainMapping
BrainMapping creates a kind of fingerprint of your brain using an EEG measurement. Your brain activity is recorded at 19 positions over a period of several minutes under various conditions (e.g. eyes open, eyes closed, relaxation exercise).
Our proprietary algorithms convert the raw data into a brain profile that resembles a map. Using these brain maps, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of your brain. Based on these activity patterns, we derive an individual and highly efficient neurofeedback training program.
BrainPerformance+ training programs
Our neurofeedback performance training is technically state-of-the-art and includes a variety of parameters, including the training positions on your head, the calculation of brain activity and the type of feedback you receive. These settings are adjusted for each training session and are always tailored to the person training.
Together with interdisciplinary experts from a wide range of disciplines, we have identified the most efficient starting points and developed training programs tailored precisely to them.
These give your BrainPerformance+ training a rough direction and are tailored to you individually. We don't leave you alone, but help you make a decision based on your assessment and your BrainMap.
FOCUS+
Our Focus+ training strengthens your ability to focus your full attention on a task and block out all distractions. This type of concentration is normally very stressful for the brain. With the training, you learn how to maintain this state efficiently and over the long term.
You will benefit from this in your daily work, when you learn something new, during physical or mental training and generally when you want to prepare yourself for a special challenge.

REGENERATION+
Our Regeneration+ training strengthens your ability to recover and your inner peace. The resistance to stress and strain that this builds up is called resilience. With the training, you learn to easily and purposefully guide your brain into a regenerative state, even in a turbulent environment.
You will benefit from this in your daily work, in performance situations, during physical or mental training and generally when you want to prepare for a special challenge. Training can also have a positive effect on your sleep quality.

CREATIVITY+
Our Creativity+ training makes it easier for you to access your subconscious ideas and thoughts. Most of the day, large areas of the brain remain closed off. With the training, you learn to enter a deep state of relaxation into the transition between wakefulness and dreaming, thus tapping into your subconscious.
You will benefit from this in your creative processes, in solving problems and in your relaxation training. The training can also have a positive effect on the quality of your sleep.

X-PERFORMANCE+
Our X-Performance+ training is aimed at everyone who already has experience in mental training and would like to train different aspects of their brain in parallel. This approach combines the training for Focus+, Regeneration+ and Creativity+ to achieve a maximally individualized, intensive and holistic development.
You will learn how to target and control your brain's abilities and maintain them for as long as possible. This way you will be well prepared for any challenge, take your mental training to the next level and improve your quality of life.
