brainboost goes Frankfurt

We were invited to a BrainDay at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt to train with the finance department for two days. Together with experienced leadership trainer Dr. Tobias Kiefer, we put the finance staff to the test.

BrainDay is the perfect introduction to a lifestyle and work style that promises more success. Using neuroscientific methods and real-time measurements of brain activity and personal stress levels, areas for personal improvement are identified. Based on this, concrete, easy-to-implement recommendations for everyday action are provided.

It will focus on five specific points:

Vitality: Maintaining high energy and resilience despite continuous change and unpredictability.

Emotions: Become aware of your own emotional state and take concrete action.

Alignment: Understanding and aligning deeply held values and beliefs to maximize personal and team success.

Decision-making power: Enabling the right decisions with secure and agile decision-making.

Mind: Understanding what drives us as humans and how to maximize our own and others' cognitive resources.

Philipp Heiler and Dr. Tobias Kiefer offer various options for BrainDay. With options ranging from a full day to four hours, with up to 50 participants and various modules, BrainDay offers a high degree of flexibility and is easy to integrate into events.

We believe BrainDay is an exciting event where leadership development and neuroscience collide. A format where you can better understand your brain and your thoughts and achieve greater success and satisfaction through concrete support.
