Step by step towards mental fitness and health

The time has come: we're writing a blog! The brainboost team , led by my colleague Iris and me, have decided to take you a little further into our world. We want to give you insights into our everyday lives and our work, and everything that goes with it. The things that now seem completely normal to us, like controlling a race car with our brains, but also the things that fascinate and motivate us every day.


Especially as a young, interdisciplinary team consisting of a doctor, sports and health scientists, psychologists, business economists and developers, we not only have a good portion of passion in our repertoire, but are also very broadly positioned in terms of topics.


Above all, of course, is our mission – to raise awareness of the topic of mental fitness and health in society and to counter negative stigmas with the help of science.


So, what do we want to achieve with this blog? We want to entertain but also inform. We want to remain data-driven and scientifically accurate, while also being accessible to everyone. Whether it's current research projects, mindfulness tips for everyday life, or a deep dive into various mental health conditions, we're right in the thick of it and want to share it with you.
