Mental health stability can be significantly improved with the help of mental fitness. From relaxation exercises like yoga or meditation to cognitive training that improves concentration, memory, or attention. A healthy diet and sufficient sleep also contribute to a positive impact on mental fitness.

A certain degree of resilience can help you achieve your goals, better handle difficult situations, and generally improve your life. For example, people who are mentally fit can better cope with stress and are able to positively influence their thoughts and emotions.

So far, we've discussed the interrelationship between the two terms. But how can they be differentiated from each other?

Mental health is understood to mean the absence of psychological illnesses and symptoms that limit the quality of life, e.g. depression, anxiety/panic/worry, sleep disorders, neurological or psychiatric complaints

Mental fitness, on the other hand, allows us to use our cognitive abilities effortlessly, over long periods of time, and at any time. Good attention and concentration span, learning, regeneration and recovery, empathy, and communication are all examples of mental fitness.

Our work aims to improve people's awareness and knowledge of their mental health and fitness. Through targeted interventions and measurements, we help you improve your daily performance. One option in this area is neurofeedback training, which we offer in our practice . Our focus is on positive and practical approaches to supporting mental health.

This training approach leads to a strong and lasting improvement in mental fitness and health over the long term. We're proud to be contributing to closing the mental fitness gap and making a real difference in your life.
